Life’s little paradox…
Too much of a good thing isn’t. a good thing.
Hydration:
Water is inarguably crucial to our lives. Behind air it is the next most dire need.
Being 70-80% water is a concept difficult to understand.
It strikes me that many of the harmful things that we consume tend to dehydrate us: coffee, sugary soft drinks and such, liquor and alcohol.
I wonder if there is a correlation, then, between health and hydration?
Community:
If people lived in communities with closer ties, would crime be decreased? Would someone steal Frank’s bike if they could never ride it because it was Frank’s bike, or buy it because they knew the owner? Would someone steal if they could see the first hand effects of their actions upon that person? ?
